At Koze Collection, every candle is carefully handcrafted and packed with attention.
Below you’ll find all the information regarding shipping within Switzerland.


Order processing

All orders are prepared and shipped from Switzerland.

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.


Shipping destinations

At the moment, we only ship within Switzerland.


Shipping rate

We offer flat-rate shipping within Switzerland for CHF 8.50 per order.

The shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout before payment.


Delivery time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Switzerland: 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and external factors beyond our control.


Tracking

When available, orders are shipped with a tracking number.
If tracking is provided, you will receive the details by email once your order is dispatched.


Address & delivery responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

Koze Collection cannot be held responsible for:

  • delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information

  • packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.


Damaged shipments

We take great care in packaging our candles.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will carefully review your request and offer an appropriate solution.
